Last updated: May 6, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Dopla (the "Service"), available at ig.dopla.app. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
2. Account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dopla.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Description of Service
Doplaallows you to connect your Facebook and Instagram Business or Creator accounts and to publish content to those accounts on your explicit request. The Service uses Meta's official Graph API. We are an independent third-party application and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (the "Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and transmit your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (including transmitting it to Meta's servers when you choose to publish).
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to your Content and that publishing it via the Service does not violate any law or third-party right.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish content that infringes intellectual property rights, is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
- Publish spam, misleading content, or content that violates Meta's Community Standards or Platform Policies
- Attempt automated, bulk, or unattended publishing — every publish action must be initiated by you
- Reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its servers, or networks
- Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law
6. Meta Platform Policies
Your use of the Service is also subject to Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, and Community Standards. Violations may result in suspension of your access by Meta and/or by us.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by Dopla and protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, we reserve all rights.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT META'S APIs WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE OR FUNCTION WITHOUT ERROR.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DOPLA AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD 100.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dopla from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico, unless prohibited by applicable law.
